Frankly, I'm starting to doubt it.

Maybe I really dont understand something? Maybe they really not cheat, but just have experience. But I don't know what experience you must have and what to do to the barrel didn't move. I mean completely. It's weird. And bullets flies in the same place. The impact of these weapons is so strong and when you fire it trunks in different directions.
You can compensate the recoil, but the barrel still moves. And you can see it on animation of other players ....
This is all strange...

There are 2 different No Recoil Cheats.
The first:
That makes your mouse moving down when you click on left mouse click...intensity is changeable

the second:
That change the Recoil with your RAM like the most Cheats.

All 2 Cheats makes nothing more then your Shooting to 100%

"Tricks:"
Use for example as Allied "Jenkins", he got 86% Shooting to the start.
if you have ca. 40Points after a while, your Soldier Stauts will be better... so Shooting or "Recoil" is automaticly 100%
Then you dont need to cheat becouse you allready have "No Recoil"

Thanks for the tricks, but the problem is that those characters can't run fast long and are pretty bad on healing And this is important in combat. Especially in my "tactics".
It would be cool if there was some statistic on the server and each player could develop his character

And one more, Jonny - I have a feeling that some of the admins on the server - are kids For example one of my countryman. He abuses his authority and threatens to ban players sometimes for no reason at all. Like a kid playing in admin

everybody got his own tactics...
but with BAR you dont need to play with a runner as Character!

iam the only one who can ban, and the most bans you see is an update of the IP of a Banned Player...
so maybe he follow the rules of that moment, but in the past he was break the rules...

About BAR... well, you right, but very often no matter what character you play - you need to cross the street fast, because some maschine-gunner fires from a cover. Such situations happens all the time. And with such character - you can't do this. No matter how you run, zig-zag or what - too heavy fire and resault is death. And it's long and boring to restore your health with parts of 10%
It'a pitty that there are no characters with optimal status.
I chose compromise and my character have 67% of shoting but can run long and heal good

One more proposal:

How about to start the same server 24/7 but with Czech 5?
Two servers is possible for you right now?
Would be nice. Or maybe just these two maps on this server so they could change each other. Just for interest and divercity.
And why is Czech only, after all?
Alps, or Africa are also cool maps.
