Properties: RSC is a very great Tool to Manage Ban's,Welcome Message and Statistic's in 1 Tool.
Use it with "Server Manager 2.9", just disable Forced Banlist.
Remote Server Control includes never seen functions like Resource Ban or Ban Connections.
